Established in 2004, LANSDOWNE Real Estate Group, with is administration headquarters in Ireland, is dedicated to the development of real estate projects and the structuring of land investments in established and emerging markets.

Through its joint venture development partners, LANSDOWNE strives to realise quality real estate projects combining extensive investigation of the relevant market sectors, thereby delivering desirable property solutions for both the investor and the end user.

The Group is currently active in Bulgaria, Spain and the Czech Republic.

LANSDOWNE, in conjunction with its Bulgarian joint venture partners, Linexa Property Group and InterAsset, has five major projects under management throughout Bulgaria.

This is an investment project which Lansdowne are currently looking at involving the acquisition, consolidation and obtaining of mixed use residential/commercial planning for a strategic site with an area of up to 100,000 sqm situated in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
